Dwellr are a VC-backed startup transforming the search for senior care. Most senior living communities rely on outdated referral services, requiring families to complete convoluted forms and endure cold calls. We partnered with Dwellr to create a marketplace that directly connects seniors and their desired communities - simplifying the process and eliminating middlemen.
Dwellr had worked with a previous agency but faced roadblocks in launching their platform. The agency claimed certain features were impossible. Their goal was clear: go live. With a mix of Bubble, custom code, and proactive problem-solving, we helped Dwellr launch within months.

The Process
Improving the UI
The Dwellr platform needed to be accessible for older adults and their families, many of whom are not tech-savvy. We prioritised a clean, intuitive interface, ensuring ease of navigation. Additionally, we introduced an admin feature allowing listings to be transferred between users. This meant if a user struggled with creating a listing, an admin could assist and seamlessly transfer it to them.
Enhancing the UX
Finding senior care is often overwhelming and time-consuming. We optimized the onboarding process to reduce drop-offs and simplify the experience. Additionally, we streamlined messaging, enabling direct communication between users within the platform - eliminating friction and making connections seamless.
The Result
With a strategic combination of UX/UI improvements and technical enhancements, Dwellr successfully launched their marketplace.
Seniors and their families now enjoy a direct, stress-free way to find the right community - without unnecessary intermediaries.
