We partnered with Freeholder to build a property SaaS platform that does the heavy lifting for landlords.

Starting with discovery sessions, we mapped out core needs and user types. Together on Miro, we created user flows and stories that would guide the experience - from document uploads to tenant messaging. These laid the foundation for low-fidelity wireframes that captured the heart of what this tool needed to do.

Design came next. In Figma, we built high-fidelity screens tailored for a clean, calm, admin-friendly UX. Weekly Loom walkthroughs kept everyone aligned and allowed for rapid iteration. Once the designs were locked, we moved into build with Bubble - crafting a full-featured, no-code SaaS platform in under three months.
