The Process
We joined POCKLA as more than just builders - we became an extension of their team.
From day one, we worked closely with co-founders Hugo and Rupert to turn their early-stage vision into a working product. Design in Figma. Build in Bubble. Automations via n8n. Everything stitched together with care, speed, and a shared sense of purpose.
The scope was full-spectrum: onboarding and authentication, SlackBot integration, email notifications, dashboards, user profiles, admin tooling - all designed and delivered by a single Goodspeed teammate embedded in the team’s rhythm. Daily Loom updates kept communication tight and momentum high. Feedback came in fast, and we responded even faster.
We didn’t just follow the brief - we worked around it. Smoothing user flows, anticipating edge cases, and making sure the product felt as good to use as it looked. When something wasn’t clear, we clarified. When the brief shifted, we flexed. Our goal was always the same: make the MVP feel real, robust, and ready for users.
