SizzleKick wanted to solve a specific problem: sales managers can't scale themselves. Your best seller closes at 40%. Everyone else closes at 15%. You can hire more managers or you can build AI that learns from your best seller and coaches everyone else. SizzleKick chose the second option. Our job was to build an AI platform that knew your pipeline numbers, understood your custom Salesforce setup, and gave coaching that actually moved deals forward. Not another chatbot. A tool that worked with real sales data.
The Process
We built the AI to remember conversations and understand context. When a sales rep asks about a deal, the AI doesn't just give generic advice. It pulls their actual pipeline data and gives coaching based on what's working for top performers. Everything happens inside Salesforce so reps don't need to switch between tools.
The first real test came when SizzleKick signed their first enterprise customer. This company tracked revenue differently than everyone else. Instead of using Salesforce's standard fields, they had custom ones. The AI couldn't find the data it needed, so it stopped working. We built a mapping system that lets any company connect their custom fields to SizzleKick. You tell the system where your revenue data lives, and it figures out the rest. That one feature unlocked every enterprise deal after it.
We packaged SizzleKick for Salesforce's AppExchange so any company could install it like an app. Built in payment processing through Stripe so subscriptions, cancellations, and failed payments all handled themselves. Then we added something they called their secret weapon. A Test Drive feature that lets prospects try SizzleKick with their own Salesforce data before buying. No separate login. No demo environment. Just open Salesforce and the AI is already coaching you. This soon became their number one way of converting leads.
The Result
SizzleKick is live and coaching sales teams. Reps get personalized insights from their best performers without leaving Salesforce. Companies that would have been impossible to onboard because of custom setups are now paying customers. The platform doesn't just work. It scales. Sales teams that couldn't afford dedicated coaching now have AI doing it for them. SizzleKick's vision of scaling top performer knowledge across entire sales orgs is happening.
