EvenCourt, a hugely popular tennis YouTube channel with over 130,000 followers, boasts insider lessons from a former top 400 ATP player. Partnering with Goodspeed, they've successfully transitioned their expertise into a comprehensive online tennis platform, shaping the future of tennis training.

While EvenCourt boasted millions of YouTube views, they sought to diversify their services and establish themselves as the go-to platform for tennis enthusiasts.
Design Process
EvenCourt had a foundational Bubble app, but wanted their UI/UX optimised. Our in-house design team actively improved key features within the marketplace, ensuring a seamless user experience
Researching The Competition
To establish EvenCourt as the premier tennis platform, we thoroughly researched similar marketplaces and sports apps. This analysis provided invaluable insights into user behavior, particularly regarding filtering, searching, and navigating various categories. These learnings were instrumental in crafting intuitive Figma designs.
Designing User Journeys
The core functionality of the EvenCourt marketplace lies in its search and filter options. We referenced leading marketplaces to design user-friendly interfaces that facilitate swift and efficient court discovery.

We created a complete tennis marketplace with features that make playing and managing courts easier than ever. Players find courts, book instantly, and connect with the community – all on mobile. Court providers manage bookings, optimize pricing, and gain valuable feedback through our user-friendly dashboard.
Extensive Court Listings with User Reviews
A core objective was to establish a user-friendly court listing system. This involved collaborating with tennis facilities to gather accurate court information (descriptions, photos, reviews). Users can now search courts based on location, surface, and availability. This one-stop shop reduces search time and effort. Integrated user reviews promote high-quality listings and continuous improvement from court providers.
Seamless Booking with Real-Time Availability
Our booking system allows users to instantly reserve courts with real-time availability. We integrated with various venue booking systems, prioritizing security with secure payment gateways and a user-friendly interface. This streamlines reservations for users and reduces administrative burdens for venue managers. Real-time updates and notifications ensure a reliable service.
Advanced Matchmaking for Balanced Competition
EvenCourt's algorithm pairs players of similar skill levels for practice or matches. This user-requested feature considers factors like ratings, match history, and preferred playing times. Fair and enjoyable matches keep users engaged and motivated, while also welcoming new players by finding suitable partners.

As an extension of their YouTube channel, EvenCourt prioritis education. We incorporated a library of training resources, including video tutorials, articles, and tips from pros. Users can access personalized training plans, track progress, and receive feedback. This transforms EvenCourt into a comprehensive training companion.

EvenCourt empowers player development with performance insights. We analyze match data, user activity, and feedback to provide reports and recommendations for improvement. Personalized insights help users make informed decisions about training and gameplay. This feature extends to coaches working with EvenCourt users. Building a Tennis Community with Forums & Meetups
