Your site is in Framer. Your pipeline is in HubSpot. Somewhere between the two, leads go missing: a form lands in an inbox, a contact arrives without source data, or nobody can say which pages produce pipeline.
This guide covers how the two connect, what to set up and the gaps we see most often.
Where leads fall through
Forms that do not reach HubSpot. Submissions land in an inbox, or in HubSpot without source data, so sales cannot follow up properly.
Attribution you cannot trust. UTMs drop, tracking scripts conflict and nobody knows which pages produce pipeline.
Every change needs a developer. Adding a form or a demo booking page means waiting on someone technical.
Your options for forms
Option | How it works | Best for |
|---|---|---|
HubSpot form embed | Paste the HubSpot embed into a Framer embed or component. | Teams that manage forms, properties and workflows in HubSpot. |
Native Framer form + webhook | Framer form posts to HubSpot via a webhook or an automation. | Teams that want forms styled fully in Framer. |
HubSpot meeting link | Embed a HubSpot meetings page on a demo or contact page. | Demo booking with owner routing. |
Pick the option that keeps source data and routing intact, not the one that is quickest to paste in.
How to set it up
Audit. List every form, script and field between Framer and HubSpot, and agree what each form should do.
Add the tracking code. Install the HubSpot tracking script once in Framer site settings so page views tie to contacts.
Map forms to properties. Each form should set the right properties, lists and contact owner.
Carry UTMs and source data. Make sure campaign parameters reach the contact record instead of dropping on the first click.
Build demo and meeting pages. Use HubSpot meeting links on pages your team can duplicate for new campaigns.
Test end to end. Submit every form and check it lands in HubSpot with the right data before launch.
Patch it, brief a HubSpot agency, or fix both together
Site and CRM together | In-house hire | HubSpot agency | Freelancer | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Typical cost | $10k to $40k, fixed | Salary, carried forever | $50k to $120k | Cheapest on paper |
Live in | 3 to 6 weeks | 3 to 6 months to hire | 3 to 6 months | Varies wildly |

How long it takes
A HubSpot setup on an existing Framer site takes a few weeks. As part of a full rebuild it fits inside a three to six week build. Standalone integration work is scoped and fixed before we start.
We do this as part of our Framer integration services, or inside a full Signature Site build.
Make the site feed the pipeline
Connecting Framer to HubSpot is easy. Connecting it properly means every form maps to the right properties and owner, source data survives the journey, and your marketers can add new forms and demo pages without a developer.
