B2B Web Design Agencies (2026): 8 Compared for Funded Tech

Quick Answer

For a funded tech company whose site has to work for a buying committee, pick a team that ships proof, clear pricing and a site marketing can run: Goodspeed (Framer), Refokus (Webflow) or Webstacks (headless, enterprise). For SEO-led lead generation at an established firm, Orbit Media or Huemor. Most start between $10,000 and $50,000.

A B2B website has a job most teams forget. It has to win the meeting you're not in.

Your champion likes you. Then they forward your URL to the person who signs and to the CTO, and none of you are in the room when those two open it. Each of them checks something different, in about the time it takes to scroll the homepage.

So this list does something the others don't. Before the agencies, I'll show you what each of those three readers looks for, because that's what you're really paying an agency to get right. Then eight agencies, with prices, and who each one suits.

Goodspeed is on the list. I run it, so I've held us to the same filters and said where we're the wrong call.

Key takeaways

  • Three people read your B2B site before they talk to you: the champion, the person who signs, and the CTO. They check proof, price and risk, and engineering time after launch.

  • "B2B" covers two very different buyers. Funded tech companies need a site that keeps pace with the product and the funding story. Established industrial and professional services firms usually need a site that generates leads through search. The best agencies for each are different.

  • For funded tech: Goodspeed, Refokus or Webstacks. For SEO-led lead generation on WordPress or HubSpot: Orbit Media or Huemor.

  • Most of these agencies start between $10,000 and $50,000. Lead generation specialists often run $50,000 to $100,000+.

Who are the three people who read your B2B site before they talk to you?

The champion, who wants proof they can forward without embarrassment. The person who signs, who wants to see price and risk. And the CTO, who wants to know what this costs their engineers after launch. A good B2B site answers all three without making any of them dig through the others' questions.

1. The champion: "Can I put my name to this?"

They found you and they like you. Now they need ammunition: named clients like theirs, results with numbers, and a page that explains what you do in a sentence they can paste into Slack. If your proof is a row of logos with no story, they're forwarding a risk.

2. The person who signs: "What does it cost, and what happens if it goes wrong?"

Usually a CFO or a founder. They look for pricing, or at least a clear range, plus terms, security pages and how big you really are. Procurement teams read a thin site as a small company.

3. The CTO: "Who maintains this?"

They're asking what the tool, or the website itself, will cost their team in engineering time. For your own site, that's the same question: if marketing has to file a ticket to change a headline, the CTO pays for it every week.

I think about this like a good fine-dining waiter, who asks how much explanation you'd like with each dish. Some guests want the whole story, some want to eat. A good B2B site lets each reader choose how deep to go, with a one-line answer up top and the detail one click below.

What is a B2B web design agency?

A B2B web design agency designs and builds websites for companies that sell to other businesses. The site has to serve several decision-makers at once, answer the questions a buyer asks before talking to sales, and route every lead into a CRM. So good B2B sites are judged on the quality of the pipeline they create, and visits come second.

How did we choose these agencies?

Every agency, Goodspeed included, went through four filters: named business clients with results or recognisable logos, lead handling (CRM integration and conversion paths as standard), a published minimum project size on Clutch or the agency's own site, and an independent Clutch rating with a review count you can check yourself.

  1. B2B proof: named business clients with results or recognisable logos.

  2. Lead handling: CRM integration and conversion paths included as standard.

  3. Budget transparency: a minimum project size on Clutch or their own site.

  4. Independent reviews: Clutch rating and review count.

If you're choosing by funding stage and launch date more than by buying committee, our SaaS website agency list is built for that.

The 8 best B2B web design agencies

1. Goodspeed: best for funded B2B tech companies with a moment coming

What it is: a London design and build studio for funded tech companies. We design and build in Framer and hand over a site the marketing team runs without a developer, with lead capture wired into HubSpot.

Pricing (all public on /pricing): redesigns (Signature Site) from $10,000, with most between $10,000 and $40,000, fixed before we start and live in three to six weeks. A $5,000 Tune-Up audits and fixes an existing site in two weeks. You pay 50% on signature and 50% at launch, and you own everything.

B2B proof, one for each reader:

  • For the champion, Wisk: a Boeing-backed autonomous aircraft company with $500M+ raised. Its site has to carry the weight of the company in conversations with investors, regulators and partners. We designed and built it in Framer in two months, with 10+ custom animations and HubSpot lead routing.

  • For the person who signs, Reka: an NVIDIA-backed AI unicorn that uses us as its entire design and dev team, so its website, launch pages and brand video come from one team. Its Head of Communications wrote on Clutch that "video work that would normally take twice as long and cost twice as much comes together faster and more affordably without cutting quality." Reka has since extended the engagement.

  • For the CTO, Sydecar: a Series A venture platform whose buyers are fund managers trusting it with real capital. We rebuilt a site stitched together from freelance handoffs as 50+ pages, with calculators that feed HubSpot. The team now runs 10x more growth experiments without waiting on a developer.

Best suited to: a marketing or comms lead at a funded company whose site no longer matches the company, especially when enterprise buyers are reading it.

Where we're the wrong pick: we build in Framer only, and we aren't a long-term SEO content agency for industrial lead generation. Orbit or Huemor fit that better.

2. Orbit Media Studios: best for SEO-led lead generation

What it is: a Chicago agency building on WordPress and HubSpot, well known for content marketing and SEO.

Pricing: Clutch lists a $50,000+ minimum. Its own site says many marketing sites cost $100,000 or more.

Proof: 6sense, Duarte, ADP and Byline Bank.

Best suited to: established B2B firms where organic search is the main pipeline source.

The trade-off: WordPress-centric, with a client base that leans towards traditional B2B more than funded tech.

3. Huemor: best for mid-market industrial and engineering firms

What it is: a Pittsburgh agency building on WordPress, HubSpot and Webflow, with copy and SEO included.

Pricing: most projects run $50,000 to $100,000, according to its site.

Proof: Boston Dynamics, Cloudinary and Instron.

Best suited to: manufacturing, construction and engineering companies that want a lead generation site.

The trade-off: a portfolio heavy on industrial work, and a higher typical spend.

4. Webstacks: best for enterprise B2B SaaS

What it is: ongoing website product teams on headless stacks.

Pricing: Clutch lists a $10,000+ minimum and $200 to $300 an hour.

Proof: Gong, ServiceTitan and Snowflake.

Best suited to: later-stage SaaS with engineering capacity for the web.

The trade-off: the highest rates here, and marketing edits often need an engineer, which is exactly what reader three worries about.

5. Refokus: best for a standout Webflow site

What it is: a New York Webflow agency known for motion and 3D.

Pricing: Clutch lists a $25,000+ minimum.

Proof: Mural and Botify.

Best suited to: B2B tech startups whose brand lags their growth.

The trade-off: Webflow only.

6. Ramotion: best when the brand needs redoing too

What it is: a branding, UI/UX and web agency.

Pricing: Clutch lists a $50,000+ minimum.

Proof: Stripe, Okta and Salesforce.

Best suited to: growth-stage companies rebranding and rebuilding together.

The trade-off: web is a smaller share of its work than brand and UX.

7. Clay: best for premium brand and UX

What it is: a San Francisco studio for brand, product and web.

Pricing: Clutch lists a $50,000+ minimum.

Proof: Slack, Cisco and ADP.

Best suited to: well-funded companies wanting one premium team for everything.

The trade-off: enterprise pricing and pace.

8. Halo Lab: best for tighter budgets

What it is: a design and development agency working in Webflow and Next.js.

Pricing: Clutch lists a $10,000+ minimum and $25 to $49 an hour.

Proof: 100 Clutch reviews at 4.9.

Best suited to: startups that need to stretch a budget.

The trade-off: a generalist, with web about a fifth of its work.

Does an award-winning B2B site actually win deals?

Awards are nice, and they're not what your buyer checks. The three readers check proof, price and engineering time. An award helps the champion a little. A clear pricing page and a site marketing can update every week help the other two far more, and they keep helping long after the trophy season ends.

I can say that with some feeling. Wisk's site was nominated for a Webby for Best Business Website, up against Apple and Google. We lost to Google. What mattered more to Wisk was what the site did the rest of the year: carrying the company into investor, regulator and partner conversations, with a system the team can expand without us.

How do you choose a B2B web design agency?

Name your pipeline source, count who will edit the site, and ask each agency how a lead reaches sales before you look at a single homepage design. Then ask for a dated plan in writing. If most of your leads come from organic search, I'd pick an SEO-led agency. If they come from outbound, events and referrals, pick credibility.

1. Name your pipeline source. My rule of thumb: if most of your leads come from organic search, pick an SEO-led agency like Orbit or Huemor. If they come from outbound, events and referrals, the site's job is credibility at the moment of evaluation. Pick a team that makes the company look its size.

2. Count the people who will edit the site. One to three marketers means Framer, Webflow or HubSpot with a real handover. A headless build needs engineers. Our Framer vs WordPress comparison covers the trade-off.

3. Ask how leads reach sales. Every agency should show you the form, the CRM routing and the follow-up path before they show you a homepage design.

4. Ask for a dated plan. B2B site projects drift. Ask for the launch date in writing.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How much does a B2B website cost?

B2B websites from specialist agencies typically cost $10,000 to $50,000, and SEO-led or enterprise agencies often run $50,000 to $100,000+. Goodspeed's redesigns start at $10,000, and most land between $10,000 and $40,000, fixed before we start.

What should a B2B website include?

A clear line on who it's for and what changes for them, proof from named clients, pages for each buyer and use case, pricing guidance or a clear next step, and lead capture that routes straight into your CRM. In short: something for the champion, the signer and the CTO.

Is WordPress or Framer better for a B2B website?

WordPress suits large, SEO-heavy content sites with developer support. Framer suits teams that want to design, edit and publish pages themselves without a developer. Choose by who will run the site every week. More in our Framer vs WordPress guide.

How long does a B2B website redesign take?

Specialist agencies typically deliver in four to twelve weeks. Goodspeed's Signature Site goes live in three to six weeks. Arist's rebuild took three weeks, and Wisk's site took two months.

Should a B2B website show pricing?

If you can, yes. The person who signs is looking for it, and a range is better than nothing. We publish every Goodspeed price on one page for that reason.
