Improving the UI The Dwellr platform needed to be accessible for older adults and their families, many of whom are not tech-savvy. We prioritised a clean, intuitive interface, ensuring ease of navigation. Additionally, we introduced an admin feature allowing listings to be transferred between users. This meant if a user struggled with creating a listing, an admin could assist and seamlessly transfer it to them. Enhancing the UX Finding senior care is often overwhelming and time-consuming. We optimized the onboarding process to reduce drop-offs and simplify the experience. Additionally, we streamlined messaging, enabling direct communication between users within the platform - eliminating friction and making connections seamless.
